AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF FREETOWN AS THE SENATOR JOAN M. MENARD OVERPASS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Bridge number F-09-023(AKY) on Innovation way spanning state highway route 24 in the town of Freetown shall be designated and known as the Senator Joan M. Menard Overpass in honor of her dedicated service to the commonwealth. The division of highways in the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
