AN ACT DESIGNATING THE COMMISSION ON POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION AS THE ELLEN STORY COMMISSION ON POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
The second paragraph of chapter 313 of the acts of 2010, as amended by section 22 of chapter 119 of the acts of 2015, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 1, the word “commission” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- legislative commission, pursuant to section 2A of chapter 4 of the General Laws, to be known as the Ellen Story commission on postpartum depression.
