AN ACT RELATIVE TO MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 6 of chapter 136 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after clause (54), as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, the following clause:-
(54½) The performance of massage therapy services by a massage therapist licensed pursuant to section 228 of chapter 112.
