AN ACT REGARDING SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL, AND REPAIR OF PRIVATE WAYS IN THE TOWN OF CLINTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to sections 6C and 6N of chapter 40 of the General Laws, and notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Clinton may make temporary repairs and provide for the removal of snow and ice on the following private ways: Sprague road; California court; Forest avenue; French terrace; Hastings court; Highland avenue; Pierce place; Pond View drive; and Shore lane.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
