AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ORLEANS AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 260 of the acts of 2000 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. All funds and other assets in the care, custody and control of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund established in chapter 260 of the acts of 2000 shall be transferred to the care, custody and control of the board of trustees of the Orleans Affordable Housing Trust Fund established pursuant to section 55C of chapter 44 of the General Laws.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
