AN ACT REGARDING THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE TOWN OF STURBRIDGE TO GRANT AN ADDITIONAL LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of subsection (a) of section 1 of chapter 246 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “18” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 138.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
