AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN AREA WITHIN TOOHIG PARK IN THE DORCHESTER SECTION OF THE CITY OF BOSTON IN MEMORY OF AMBROSE VALENTINO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The department of conservation and recreation shall designate a certain area or site within Toohig Park in the Dorchester section of the city of Boston in the memory of Ambrose Valentino. The department shall consult with the family of Ambrose Valentino to design and designate a suitable marker that may include, but shall not be limited to, a bench, kiosk or memorial stone, which the department shall erect and maintain in compliance with the standards of the department.
