AN ACT RELATIVE TO VETERANS' HOUSING IN THE CITY KNOWN AS THE TOWN OF AGAWAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 200 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 7 and 8, the words “limited equity cooperative”.
SECTION 2. The transfer from the commonwealth to Soldier On Veterans Village II, LLC recorded in the Hampden county registry of deeds at book 18749, page 549 and all subsequent transfers and actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed.
