AN ACT PERMITTING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN THE TOWN OF NEW BRAINTREE TO BE USED FOR A SOLAR FARM AND OTHER MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 268 of the acts of 2000 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the words “a public safety complex to be constructed by the town” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- municipal purposes including, but not limited to, construction of a solar farm.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
