AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF HEATH ON MAY 10, 2019.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 64 of chapter 54 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or town by-law or charter provision to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Heath at the annual town election held on May 10, 2019 and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed, notwithstanding the omission of the ballot question from the warrant for the election.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
