AN ACT REGULATING THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURES COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LEXINGTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 3 of chapter 215 of the acts of 1929, as most recently amended by section 1 of chapter 101 of the acts of 2008, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "chairman of the appropriation committee" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- chairs of the appropriation and capital expenditures committees.
SECTION 2. Subsection (c) of section 2 of chapter 753 of the acts of 1968 is hereby amended by inserting after the words "appropriation committee" the following words:- , the capital expenditures committee.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
