AN ACT CREDITING THE STABILIZATION FUND FOR THE SALE OF THE FORMER MILTON L. FULLER SCHOOL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GLOUCESTER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the city of Gloucester may, upon approval by the city council and mayor, credit the total proceeds from the sale of the former Milton L. Fuller School property to a stabilization fund to be used for municipal purposes.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
