AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM AS THE DEANNA K. RICHARDS MEMORIAL BRIDGE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The Winter Street bridge numbered F-07-015 located in the city of Framingham shall be designated and known as the Deanna K. Richards Memorial Bridge, in honor and recognition of United States Air Force Senior Airman Deanna K. Richards, a life-long resident of Ashland who was born in Framingham, graduated from Suffolk University, deployed to Kuwait from January 2015 to June 2015 and died on January 20th, 2017, at 26 years of age while on active duty at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
