AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE TRANSFER AND SALE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN THE TOWN OF TEWKSBURY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5 of chapter 153 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by striking out the words “the proceeds from the sale of the Police Station property equally with the commonwealth” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- equally with the commonwealth: (i) the proceeds from the sale of the Police Station property; and (ii) the net of any costs the town of Tewksbury incurs to remove buildings from the Police Station property or to otherwise prepare the Police Station property for sale.
