AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM TO ERECT A PAVILION IN MARY DENNISON PARK
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 7 of chapter 45 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the city of Framingham may erect a permanent pavilion exceeding 600 square feet in Mary Dennison park in the city.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
