AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY KNOWN AS THE TOWN OF WATERTOWN TO GRANT 15 ADDITIONAL LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of section 1 of chapter 73 of the acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure “15” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 30.
SECTION 2. Said subsection (b) of said chapter 73 is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 16, the figure “8” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 23.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
