AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING AND THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF HUBBARDSTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or bylaw to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Hubbardston at the June 23, 2020 annual town meeting and the June 30, 2020 annual town election and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed, notwithstanding omissions with respect to the posting and mailing of the annual town meeting and election warrant and related voter information.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
