The 193rd General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE MILLICENT LIBRARY IN THE TOWN OF FAIRHAVEN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 392 of the acts of 1893 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. The funds shall be maintained in accordance with the terms of the gift by Henry H. Rogers of New York for the benefit of The Millicent Library.

SECTION 3. The state treasurer shall file a report with the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate detailing the amount of funds paid to The Millicent Library under section 2 and the date of receipt of the funds by The Millicent Library.

SECTION 4. Section 1 shall take effect upon the transfer of funds to The Millicent Library under section 2.
