AN ACT INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE FORBES LIBRARY IN THE CITY OF NORTHAMPTON
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 67 of the acts of 1984 is hereby amended by striking out the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 7.
SECTION 2. Section 5-1 of article 5 of section 1 of chapter 277 of the acts of 2012, as appearing in section 9 of chapter 40 of the acts of 2021, is hereby amended by striking out the word “Five” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- Seven.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
