AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING APPOINTMENTS TO THE ACTON MEMORIAL LIBRARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of section 3 of chapter 52 of the acts of 1890 is hereby amended by striking out the word “nine” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 12.
SECTION 2. Said section 3 of said chapter 52 is hereby further amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- Three of the trustees elected shall be those elected as trustees of the West Acton Citizens’ Library.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
