AN ACT VALIDATING THE PROCEEDINGS AT THE TOWN OF MILLBURY ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 32 of chapter 40 of the General Laws and section 5 of chapter 40A of the General Laws or any other general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all actions taken with respect to the zoning by-laws of the town of Millbury at the annual town meeting held on May 6, 2025 are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed in all respects, notwithstanding any defects or omissions in the public hearing legal notices prior to the annual town meeting.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
