AN ACT FURTHER PROVIDING FOR THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN LAND IN THE TOWN OF WEST BROOKFIELD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 132 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “recreation” the following words:- and certain permanent and temporary easements as shown on the plans referenced in said section 1 and any amendments thereto located at 652 West Main street upon land owned by the department of fish and game pursuant to an order of taking dated May 31, 2023 and recorded with the Worcester district registry of deeds in book 69239, page 355, which was acquired for the purpose of fish and wildlife conservation, natural habitat protection and associated public recreation.
SSECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
