By Messrs. Kafka of Stoughton and McMurtry of Dedham, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Louis L. Kafka, Paul McMurtry and others for legislation to authorize the county commissioners of Norfolk County to borrow money for the repair, renovation and construction, equipping and furnishing of buildings at the Norfolk County Agricultural High School in the town of Walpole.
