Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to ensure a return to full in-person education is done according to the best public health metrics while protecting the safety of educators, faculty, staff, children, and families, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health.
