The public is invited to participate in The Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development hearing on Tuesday, June 10th, at 11:00 a.m. in Room B-1.

Registration:

To register to testify in-person or virtually, please provide contact information via this form. The deadline to register is Friday, June 6th, at 3:00 p.m. If you plan to testify as a panel, please note the name(s) of your co-panelist(s) on the form when registering. All panelists testifying will need to register via the sign-up form. The livestream of this hearing will be available on the Legislature's website at https://malegislature.gov/.

Hearings will be recorded and posted publicly on the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development page Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development.

Written Testimony:

Written or pre-recorded testimony may be submitted until Tuesday, June 24th at 5:00 PM via email to labor.workforce.development@gmail.com

All written testimony received by the committee will be made publicly available. At the discretion of the Chairs and per committee rules, limitations and redactions shall exist for sharing testimony that includes sensitive personal information or information that may jeopardize the health, wellness or safety of the testifier or others. Any person submitting written testimony may request such testimony remain private and said testimony will not be made publicly available.

The Chairs will limit testimony to 3 minutes per speaker. Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the agreement of the Chairs.

*All House matters above are required to be reported on by July 12, 2025, subject to extensions consistent with House Rule 27.
