AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE USE OF THE TOWN FOREST IN THE TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. The park and recreation commission of the town of North Attleborough may use 15 acres on the westerly side of the town forest for youth sports programs. The parcel is shown as a portion of lot 1 on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Land in North Attleborough, MA." dated September 25, 1997 drawn by Bay Colony Group, Inc. which is on file in the office of the town clerk. If the parcel is no longer used for youth sports programs, it shall revert to the control of the town forest committee.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
