AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF LONGMEADOW TO OFFER A SENIOR DISCOUNT IN THE FEE CHARGED FOR THE USE OF THE TOWN'S RECYCLING CENTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Longmeadow, in the discretion of its board of selectmen, may charge a reduced fee for residents over the age of 65 for the use of the town's recycling center.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
