AN ACT AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS FOR FIRE CHIEFS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1080 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "chief", in lines 7, 8, 18 and 21, the following words:- and fire chief.
SECTION 2. Said section 108O of said chapter 41, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "chief", in line 25, the following words:- or fire chief.
