AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING FUND IN THE TOWN OF SUDBURY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Sudbury may establish a revolving fund under section 53E 1/2 of chapter 44 of the General Laws into which all receipts from the rental of town-owned houses shall be deposited. The town manager shall use the fund for expenditures related to these houses in connection with the historic value and conservation program. The amount to be expended from this fund shall not exceed $40,000 per fiscal year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
