AN ACT EXPANDING THE USE OF COMMUNITY PRESERVATION FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "or real property", in line 23, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- real property, document or artifact.
