AN ACT DESIGNATING THE PORTION OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 140 LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF UPTON AS THE GEORGE L. WOOD VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS POST #5594 AND THE MARSHALL-LELAND AMERICAN LEGION POST #173 ROADWAY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Chapter 412 of the acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The portion of state highway route 140 located in the town of Upton shall be designated and known as the George L. Wood Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #5594 and the Marshall-Leland American Legion Post #173 Roadway.
