AN ACT RELATIVE TO AN ENTERPRISE FUND IN THE TOWN OF ABINGTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 53F1/2 of chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Abington may transfer a sum of money not to exceed $131,000 in fiscal year 2010 or fiscal year 2011 from the Strawberry Valley Golf Course Enterprise Fund to the Stabilization Fund.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
