AN ACT VALIDATING CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS IN THE TOWN OF RUTLAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 1 of chapter 39 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all votes, acts and proceedings taken by the town of Rutland and all votes cast by the voters of the town of Rutland at the annual town meeting held on May 10, 2010, and the adjourned portion of that meeting held on May 15, 2010, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed in all respects, notwithstanding any defects or omissions in posting the warrant.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
