AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND RECREATION TO DESIGNATE A CERTAIN AREA AS PAUL P. LORING SQUARE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

The department of conservation and recreation shall designate a certain area on the Turtle Pond Parkway in the Hyde Park district of the city of Boston to be known as Paul P. Loring Square, in memory of Paul P. Loring, a Turtle Pond parkway resident who served honorably in the United States Army in the Iraq War and served the people of Boston as a firefighter. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect a suitable sign bearing such designation at the designated location.
