AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF UXBRIDGE AS THE TITUS EBBELING MEMORIAL BRIDGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

The bridge spanning Route 146A, identified as U-02-057, in the town of Uxbridge shall be designated and known as the Titus Ebbeling Memorial Bridge, in memory of Uxbridge dog officer, Titus Ebbeling, who lost his life in the line of duty on December 1, 1980. The Massachusetts department of transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
