Chapter 13 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF DREW LONERGAN AS A POLICE OFFICER IN THE TOWN OF BOURNE.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize forthwith the appointment of Drew Lonergan as a police officer in the town of Bourne, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

The town of Bourne may appoint Drew Lonergan as a police officer if he meets all other requirements for certification as a police officer, the regulations of the civil service commission and the lawful hiring practices of the town of Bourne.
