AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTIONS TAKEN AT THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF NORTH BROOKFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 64 of chapter 54 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of North Brookfield at the May 3, 2010 election to exempt from section 21C of chapter 59 of the General Laws the amounts required to pay for bonds issued for the repair of Horse Pond Dam, and related work and costs incidental thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed, notwithstanding any defect or omission with regard to the warrant for the election.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
