AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTIONS TAKEN AT A CERTAIN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF LINCOLN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 10 of chapter 39 or section 64 of chapter 54 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Lincoln on the 3 questions appearing on the March 26, 2012 annual town election ballot, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the full text of the ballot questions had been included in the warrant therefor.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
