AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BOSTON TO GRANT A CLUB LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES TO THE IRISH SOCIAL CLUB INC. OF BOSTON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Notwithstanding any limitation on the number of licenses to be issued under section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, but subject to all other provisions of said chapter 138, the licensing board for the city of Boston may regrant to the Irish Social Club Inc. of Boston, an annual 7-day club license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises.
