AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF ASHBURNHAM TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Ashburnham, acting by and through its board of selectmen, may transfer its ownership of a 1987 military High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle to the Ashburnham Firefighters Association.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.Approved, December 21, 2012.
