AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF FRAMINGHAM AS THE GREGORY B. VILIDNITSKY MEMORIAL BRIDGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Bridge No. F-07-006 on state highway route 9 spanning the Sudbury river in the town of Framingham shall be designated and known as the Gregory B. Vilidnitsky Memorial Bridge, in memory of Gregory B. Vilidnitsky, who lost his life while serving as an assistant resident engineer for district 3 of the highway division of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation in Worcester. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
