AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CHARTER FOR THE TOWN OF HARWICH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9-2-3 of chapter 9 of the charter of the town of Harwich, as appearing in chapter 18 of the acts of 2006, is hereby amended by striking out the words “in November” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- of December.
SECTION 2. Section 9-2-4 of said chapter 9 of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “in January” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- of February.
SECTION 3. Section 9-3-2 of said chapter 9 of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “first Tuesday in March” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- fourth Tuesday of February.
SECTION 4. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
