AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL IN THE CITY OF CAMBRIDGE AS THE LYNCH FAMILY SKATE PARK.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

A 28,000 square foot section of a parcel of land in North Point park, commonly known as parcel 29f, located directly under the loop ramps of the Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge in the city of Cambridge, shall be designated and known as the Lynch Family Skate Park. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
