The 189th General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

AN ACT REPEALING A CERTAIN LAW AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF LINCOLN TO GRANT A LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF WINES AND MALT BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 349 of the acts of 2006 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
