AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING OF THE TOWN OF MEDFIELD HELD ON APRIL 29, 2013.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, charter provision or town by-law to the contrary, the acts and proceedings taken by the town of Medfield at the annual town meeting held on April 29, 2013 and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated, approved and confirmed in all respects.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.Approved, June 20 , 2013.
