AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF WESTBOROUGH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5-2(a) of the charter of the town of Westborough, as appearing in section 1 of chapter 385 of the acts of 2008, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 14, the words “chapter 61A study committee;”.
SECTION 2. Said section 5-2(a) of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 30, the words “industrial development commission;”.Approved, July 3 , 2013.
