AN ACT RELATIVE TO WATER SERVICE IN THE TOWN OF SOMERSET.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 254 of the acts of 1914, as most recently amended by section 1 of chapter 489 of the acts of 1977, is hereby amended by striking out the word “shall”, the second time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- may.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
