AN ACT REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A REGIONAL SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT FUND
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 16C of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following 2 sentences:- Regional school districts may establish a Regional School Transportation Reimbursement Fund. Reimbursements made by the commonwealth pursuant to this section may be deposited into the fund and may carry forward for 1 fiscal year.
