AN ACT DESIGNATING THE STREET HOCKEY ARENA IN MARINE PARK IN THE SOUTH BOSTON SECTION OF THE CITY OF BOSTON
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
The street hockey court located in Marine park at the rear of Murphy Memorial Rink in the South Boston section of the city of Boston shall be designated and known as the Donald F. Higgins Memorial Street Hockey Arena. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
