AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN STATE OWNED BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF RANDOLPH AS THE CHARLES L. BOWLEY MEMORIAL BRIDGE

     Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
     Bridge No. R-01-012(597), commonly known as the horse bridge, spanning state highway route 24 in the town of Randolph, located between exit 20B and the route 93 north and south interchange, shall be designated and known as the Charles L. Bowley Memorial Bridge, in memory of Charles L. Bowley, a civic leader in the town of Randolph and founder of Harmony Hill Farm. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department
